Urban Compass is seeking an Account Executive for their Fort Worth/Southlake offices. The role focuses on building relationships and driving revenue through in-person interactions with clients and prospects.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, collaborating with teams at the office, and driving net-new revenue by bringing top producing agents to Compass. You will work directly with decision-makers, helping agents understand the benefits of moving to Compass, and you will be measured by the number of agents you successfully recruit.
About You
Required:
- B.A. or B.S. with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-starter attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for leading client meetings.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proven track record of excellence in strategic and operational roles.
Preferred:
- Experience in sales within the real estate or related industry.
- Background in investment banking, management consulting, or enterprise sales.
