Adoration Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Account Executive to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves providing sales and marketing operations support to increase market share and develop referral sources.
About the Role
As a Home Health Account Executive, you will be responsible for sustaining and growing key established accounts, identifying and developing new referral sources, educating referral sources about agency services, and collaborating with agency leadership to align the insurance payer mix with company expectations. You will execute strategies to increase market share and provide professional guidance to referral sources and internal staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or more than 2 years of sales experience.
- Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role.
