ADP is hiring an Account Executive - HRO CS DM2 to join their team in Long Beach, CA. The role involves closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory while providing human resources solutions.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, managing multiple sales processes, and presenting the best ADP solutions to meet client needs. You will work within a defined territory to close sales, implement a top-down sales strategy, and collaborate with other ADP associates to cross-sell additional services.
About You
Required:
Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
Military experience is a plus.
