Justworks is seeking an Account Executive - In-Territory to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role
As an Account Executive in-territory, you will be responsible for managing your own book of business, building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, prospecting, fostering relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will establish a presence in the Dallas territory and proactively seek new business opportunities while advocating for customer needs internally.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive position.
- 1-year experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing.
- Experience in lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Cold-calling experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
- Experience with Outreach.io and/or Hubspot, in addition to 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complicated topics.

- Base wage of $83,700 with competitive On-Target Earnings of $163,700.
