Shift4 is seeking an Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team in Center Valley, PA. The role involves supporting daily team operations, providing leadership, and building strong partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will engage with potential merchants to assess their payment processing needs, support operational processes for the Integrated Partners EM team, lead onboarding and training for new team members, manage a portfolio of Partner offices, and drive team success through effective sales strategies. You will also ensure timely completion of documentation and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Established record of continually meeting and exceeding goals and corporate standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, especially with email and tasks.
- Valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Established record of acting with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ability to work in a group setting and contribute ideas for growth.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to problem solve and implement solutions.
