Summary
Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Clearwater, FL. The role involves helping physicians adopt innovative technology for heart health diagnostics and driving growth through relationship building.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will manage a high-value portfolio of physician accounts, develop new business opportunities, and navigate complex decision-making cycles to close high-impact deals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce and collaborating cross-functionally to share insights that fuel team success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in medical device, medical technology, or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a closing role.
- Proven success managing high-value accounts and closing complex deals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% within your assigned region.
Preferred:
- Selling experience in cardiology, digital health, SaaS, or SaMD.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with advanced data analytical tools.
