About the Role
As an Account Executive Director, you will report to the Vice President of Account Management and be responsible for understanding industry-specific needs, partnering with Sales and Marketing teams, driving adoption of payout solutions, managing revenue goals, and overseeing client onboarding and training. You will also provide consultative support, activate marketing resources, and maintain a strong understanding of payments industry trends.
About You
Required:
- 5–10 years of client-facing experience in sales, relationship management, commercialization, or account management, preferably within payments or related industries.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in verticalized markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities across multiple levels.
Preferred:
- Self-starter with leadership presence and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
