Crexi is seeking an Account Executive, Intelligence for the Pacific Region to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves contributing to sales targets and revenue performance for Crexi's Intelligence product.
About the Role
As an Account Executive on the Intelligence sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, developing strategic plans to expand the customer base, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence teams to effectively target potential customers and communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
About You
Required:
3+ years proven sales experience.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Preferred:
General understanding of CRE demand audience (Appraisers, Lenders, Principals, etc).
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
