Hampton is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in New York, NY. The role focuses on engaging with high-growth founders and CEOs to facilitate membership in their private network.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the full membership sales process, conducting genuine conversations with qualified founders to assess their fit for Hampton's community. You will engage in outbound prospecting, understand the challenges faced by founders, and work closely with Chapter Leads to integrate new members into Core Groups. Your responsibilities include tracking sales metrics in HubSpot and testing new sales approaches to enhance the membership acquisition process.
About You
Required:
3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with founders without sounding like a typical salesperson.
Familiarity with HubSpot for managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
Preferred:
Experience selling high-ticket services, memberships, or communities to executives.
Background in startups or experience working closely with founders and CEOs.
