About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for new business development in a field-based outside sales role. Your primary focus will be on selling cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions to CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders. You will thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment, building business from the ground up and leveraging a world-class sales training program.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on hunting.
- Experience selling complex or consultative solutions to business owners or executive leadership.
- Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset.
