SymphonyAI is seeking an Account Executive-Retail Solutions to join their team, focusing on new business development within the retail CPG sector. This is a fully remote role.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential retail CPG clients, conducting consultative sales engagements, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers, developing customized sales strategies, and ensuring that retail accounts achieve their business objectives through SymphonyAI's AI-driven solutions.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in the retail technology or CPG industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets of $3M+.
In-depth knowledge of the retail CPG sector, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their applications within the retail CPG space.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, resulting in long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
