About the Role
As an Account Fulfillment Specialist, you will partner with Client Service Specialists to prepare and process documentation for new deposit accounts, review incoming paperwork for accuracy, process account maintenance requests, and support the client experience by identifying needs and ensuring efficient handling of requests. You will maintain accurate information across systems, collaborate with internal teams, and prioritize urgent requests while meeting service standards.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED, plus 3-5 years of banking or account servicing experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products and deposit account structures.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting commercial or corporate clients in industries such as real estate, healthcare, or government.
