About the Role
As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for securing and scheduling productive blood drives, managing outreach to existing and potential accounts, engaging blood drive coordinators, reactivating lapsed accounts, and maintaining accurate account information. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize blood drive production and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid in-state driver's license.
- Three years of related experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.

- CRM experience.
