Smartland is seeking an Account Manager – B2B Sales (Commercial Clients & Municipalities) to join their team in Eastlake, OH. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of commercial and municipal clients in a high-demand service industry.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, HOAs, and local agencies, identifying upsell opportunities, preparing proposals and service agreements, conducting site visits, and ensuring client retention through effective service delivery.
About You
Required:
Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confidence explaining technical services clearly.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred:
Experience in utilities, construction, facilities, plumbing, or environmental services.
