Files.com is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves owning renewals and expansions with Fortune 500s and global brands, focusing on building long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and growing enterprise accounts, leading strategic renewals, driving expansions, and managing complex relationships across multiple stakeholders. You will become an expert in Files.com products, forecast and execute on growth targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company by converting monthly accounts into stable annual contracts.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in account management or sales, particularly in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with enterprise clients.
Preferred:
Experience with consultative selling and technical fluency in software solutions.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multi-stakeholder relationships.
