Key responsibilities include maintaining technical competence, directing the account management team, handling customer service requests, managing policy expirations and renewals, conducting client research, and ensuring service excellence.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Active property & casualty licensing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CRIS, CIS or CIC)
