About the Role

Key responsibilities include maintaining technical competence, directing the account management team, handling customer service requests, managing policy expirations and renewals, conducting client research, and delivering excellent service while adhering to company policies.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Active property & casualty licensing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CRIS, CIS or CIC)
