About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your responsibilities will include handling customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis, as well as managing policy expirations and renewals. You will also conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and maintain agency management systems.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Active property & casualty licensing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred:
- Professional designation (CRIS, CIS or CIC)
