About the Role
As an Account Manager - Commercial Lines, you will be responsible for ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your daily tasks will include coordinating administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, managing policy expirations and renewals, and maintaining communication with the account team. You will also lead the account management team and ensure service excellence while adhering to company policies.
About You
Required:
- Active P&C license and experience with commercial trucking or transportation accounts.
- 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred:
- Epic experience.
- Professional designation (CIC or equivalent).
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
