About the Role
As an Account Manager - Commercial Lines, you will be responsible for ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Your daily tasks will include coordinating administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and maintaining technical competence in the industry. You will lead the account management team, handle customer service requests, manage policy expirations and renewals, and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Active P&C license and experience with commercial trucking or transportation accounts.
- 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Preferred:
- Epic experience.
- Professional designation (CIC or equivalent).
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
