Summary
Everblue is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager for Exam & License Operations to lead their online examinations line of business in Davidson, NC.
About the Role
As the Account Manager for Exam & License Operations, you will oversee the entire examinations business unit, manage relationships with approximately 20 clients, onboard new clients, and drive business development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams and physical exam centers, leading a team of exam proctors, and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
