You will also advocate for clients and carriers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and support team training and development.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Required active licensing
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills
- High accuracy in handling large work volumes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
