About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. You will analyze sales figures, conduct market research, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies. Your duties will also include reporting on sales trends, forecasting sales, and improving data collection processes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant Manager or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
Preferred:
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
