About You
- 5+ years related industry experience in account management or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong group benefits product knowledge and in-depth knowledge of plan designs and claims processes.
- Proven ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Must be able to obtain State Life, Accident and Health license within 90 days of hire.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of account management or customer service experience in the insurance industry.
