Summary
Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager, Commercial Lines to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing coverage strategies, and managing account transactions.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will perform daily service tasks assigned by Producers and/or Account Executives, including servicing accounts, responding to client inquiries, conducting insurance marketing and sales, collecting renewal data, providing claims support, and maintaining client data accuracy in the agency management system. You will also keep current with industry trends and assist other departments as needed.
About You
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty License Required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to discern priority and initiative.
- Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts.
- Reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
Preferred:
- Applied Systems / EPIC experience.
- High School diploma required, Associate Degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines.
- CPCU or special training course completion a plus.
