About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication and engagement. You will monitor customer health, satisfaction, and retention risk, while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. Additionally, you will analyze customer data to guide strategy, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality service execution.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Communication, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to retain and grow customer relationships.
- Strong communication and executive presence with customer-facing experience.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, trends, and account performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel for onsite customer engagement as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Hospitals and Health Care industry.
- Familiarity with account planning and strategy development.
