Kreg Therapeutics is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Downey, CA. The role involves expanding adoption of specialty bed rental services in hospitals, focusing on Level I & II trauma centers and ICU units.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building account strategies, strengthening relationships with clinical leaders and supply chain teams, and driving revenue growth. Your daily tasks will include managing account plans, leading product demonstrations, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation of services.
About You
Required:
3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in hospital/healthcare.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Proven consultative selling ability and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
Knowledge of hospital sales cycles and healthcare environments.
Ability to travel within territory and occasional overnight travel (~25%).
Preferred:
Experience in trauma/ICU/high-acuity settings.
