Summary
KeHE Distributors is seeking an Account Manager, Fresh to join their team in Arlington, TX. The role involves designing and executing sales and marketing programs specific to Specialty Cheese for retail accounts.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, Fresh, you will be responsible for increasing Specialty Cheese sales through analytical selling, developing promotional plans, and finding new business opportunities. You will coordinate activities among vendors and company groups, monitor competitor activities, and ensure compliance with company policies. The position requires flexibility in hours and travel up to 25%. Success will be measured by profitable sales growth and strengthened relationships within accounts.
About You
Required:
- Speciality cheese, deli or meat experience required.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and legacy enterprise software.
Preferred:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred. Equivalent combination of education and work experience in speciality cheese, deli or meat may be considered.
