Summary
TalentAlly is seeking an Account Manager to join their Retail Channel team in Gilliam County, OR. The role involves managing accounts in North-Central Oregon and developing long-term business relationships with Oregon Lottery retailers.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will report to the Supervisor, Retail Channel, and focus on strategic end-to-end account management activities. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with retailer decision makers, maintaining retailer records using Salesforce and Microsoft products, and consulting with retailers to promote best practices for maximizing sales. You will also be responsible for inventory management, responding to player complaints, and educating retailers on compliance with Oregon State Statutes.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree and three (3) years of experience in account management or outside sales; OR five (5) years of experience in account management or outside sales.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft products.
