About the Role
As an Account Manager at Vertice, you will be the primary commercial point of contact for customers post-sale, responsible for ensuring satisfaction with services while managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities include owning the renewal cycle, acting as a trusted advisor, conducting strategic account reviews, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a customer-facing, revenue-responsible role (e.g. Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage and close renewals, with a strong track record of achieving retention targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
Preferred:
- Experience Account Managing SaaS and/or services to Finance or Procurement leaders.
- Experience working full renewal cycles with multiple C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly quota and net revenue retention goals.
- Comfortable discussing revenue metrics and financial planning.
