About the Role
As a Business Process Analyst 1, you will support AI and Managed Care initiatives, collaborate with ODM staff and external stakeholders, gather and analyze stakeholder input, document workflows, recommend improvements, produce high-quality written content, and participate in design sessions and project reviews.
About You
Required:
- 36 months of combined work experience in creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects, and procedures.
- Completion of an associate core program in computer science or information systems, or an undergraduate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management and technical documentation.
- Strong skills in attention to detail, collaboration, written communication, and problem-solving.

- Full-time schedule with work hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
