About the Role
As an Account Representative Trainee, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts and seeking new business opportunities. Your daily tasks will include analyzing opportunities, consulting with clients, developing sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills.
About You
Required:
- Less than 2 years related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field, or several years of successful sales experience.
- Knowledge of the entire sales process.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and self-motivation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours.
