- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management, logistics, 3PL, or SaaS operations.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on trust, responsiveness, and value delivery.
- Analytical thinking with experience in using data for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, metrics, and logistics software (TMS/WMS/SaaS platforms).
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience managing large accounts and supporting SaaS-based logistics solutions.
