About the Role
As an Account Supervisor, you will lead projects from strategy through media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, oversee productions, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and maintain strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include planning workflows, delivering projects on time and within budget, and mentoring junior team members.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 4-6 years experience in Account Management.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite.
- Ability to commute to the Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Preferred:
- Former agency experience.
