Summary
TEGUAR is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing financial information to management, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with financial decision-making.
About the Role
As an Accountant, you will manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, oversee all accounts receivable and payable functions, assist management with financial decisions, prepare general ledger entries, and maintain accounting controls. You will also be responsible for auditing documents, preparing depreciation schedules, and managing a small accounting clerical staff.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or finance and 2 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in lieu of education.
- Proficient in Excel and excellent time management skills.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience with consolidation of multiple entities and international accounting transactions.
