About the Role

As a Construction Accountant, you will work closely with project managers and subcontractors to complete projects according to financial business goals. Your responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis support, maintaining accurate job costing reports, managing contracts and billing schedules, processing vendor invoices, and preparing financial reports. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Related Field
10+ Years of Accounting Experience & at Least 5 Years in Construction Accounting
Proficient With Quickbooks Enterprise, AIA Draw Format, MS Office, & Excel
Outstanding Financial & Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication Both Written & Oral
Excellent Organizational & Attention to Detail Skills Required

Preferred:

Experience With Sage Intacct, Yardi, & BuilderTREND
Knowledge of G702 & G703 Draw Format
CPA or CMA Certification
