About the Role
As an Accounting & Finance Associate, you will prepare and analyze internal management reporting, support monthly and quarterly close processes, perform financial analysis on large data sets, assist with financial statement preparation, and develop automated reporting processes. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects and regulatory reporting.
About You
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred:
- Big 4 public accounting experience.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Financial services or asset management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
