- 5 plus years of accounting and operations experience
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Previous leadership experience and skills
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Up to 20% travel to the Colorado office
