About the Role

As an Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable, managing employee expense reports, maintaining vendor master data, supporting general ledger postings and reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, preparing documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams on accounting matters.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
1-3 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data functions).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset.
Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
