About the Role

As an Accounting Advisory Solutions Manager, you will manage client relationships and oversee accounting operations for family offices and investment partnerships. Your responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, leading complex close processes, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will also supervise and develop associates, contribute to practice growth, and lead initiatives to enhance accounting processes and service delivery.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
4+ years of experience in public accounting, family office services, or a related industry role.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and investment accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems such as QuickBooks or Sage.

Preferred:

Master's degree in accounting or related field.
CPA license or active progress toward CPA eligibility.
Experience with forensic accounting or investment reporting.
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing accounting role.
