About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate setting.
- Proficiency in Yardi cloud-based software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll systems like ADP, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
