About the Role
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for invoicing and billing, payment processing, collections, account reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, customer service, reporting, and record keeping. You will ensure timely and accurate financial transactions while maintaining organized financial records.
About You
Required:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar financial role.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
