Summary

DLP Capital is seeking an Accounting Associate to join their team in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves maintaining financial records and supporting the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the Role

As an Accounting Associate, you will assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports, record journal entries, perform administrative and accounting duties, and help maintain accurate financial documentation. You will also participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of accounting processes.

About You

Required:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or actively pursuing one.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Data entry and record-keeping experience with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred:

Experience in bookkeeping or property management.
AppFolio PM experience.
Proficiency in Google Suite (GSheets, Gdocs) and familiarity with accounting software.
