About the Role
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for recording and processing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining organized financial files, and generating financial reports. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years in a clerical accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (v-lookups, pivot tables).
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable accounting systems.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and GAAP.
Preferred:
- Track record of catching errors and reconciling accounts.
- Solid multitasking and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and communicating cross-functionally.
