About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for the full cycle processing of assigned vendors utilizing SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining vendor master data, processing invoices in a timely manner, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reports for month-end close. You will also handle general office duties such as scanning, copying, and filing.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Accounts Payable in an ERP system, SAP preferred but not required.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet.

Preferred:

Some college level accounting courses.
