About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk, you will perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry, process vendor invoices, support account reconciliations, assist with cash applications, maintain financial filing systems, generate accounting reports, and provide support during month-end close activities. You will also communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing questions and perform general administrative duties.

About You

Required:

1–2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
High school diploma required.

Preferred:

Manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Additional accounting coursework.
