MrBeast is seeking an Accounting Manager - CPG to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves building and leading the accounting function for Feastables and other CPG endeavors, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting and scalable financial operations.
About the Role
As the Accounting Manager, you will manage the financial close process, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the integrity of financial reporting. You will oversee core accounting operations, identify financial risks, design scalable financial systems, and partner with Supply Chain for accurate financial reporting. This role requires a hands-on operator with a strong technical foundation.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of hands-on accounting experience in the Food & Beverage CPG industry.
- CPA required.
- Deep knowledge of accounting operations, financial controls, and systems within Food & Beverage CPG.
Preferred:
- SOX experience preferred.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm highly desirable.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar accounting systems.
