About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing, managing vendor payments, processing payroll, and supporting cash management activities. You will also assist with annual financial audits, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and lead a team of accounting staff while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting, corporate accounting, or both).
- 3-5 years in a supervisory or lead role overseeing accounting staff.
- Proficiency with UKG Pro (payroll processing, reporting, and data validation).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis).
Preferred:
- Experience with internal controls and audit support.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-accountants.
- Calm and steady presence during close cycles and audits.
