About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes across portfolio companies, review consolidations and elimination entries, handle complex GAAP areas including OCI, hedging, and interest rate swaps, partner directly with investors, asset management, lenders, and operators, lead audit coordination, drive budgeting and financial analysis, strengthen internal controls, and support newly acquired business integrations.
About You
Required:
- 6–7+ years of public accounting experience.
- Big 4 audit background strongly preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently.
