About the Role
As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee all billing operations, manage a Senior Billing Associate, ensure GAAP compliance and proper revenue recognition, drive month-end close processes, manage the conversion of billing systems from Dynamics to Oracle, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for accurate financial reporting.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Deep expertise in deferred revenue, accruals, and the interrelationships between revenue, accounts receivable, and deferred income.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Salesforce.
- Strong GAAP knowledge.
Preferred:
- Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Oracle.
- Proven success across multiple financial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Background in the automotive sector.
